OUR RETURN POLICY: PromShoe.com will gladly exchange or issue a refund on any shoe item that is returned to us within 30 days of the item being shipped out to you. Please include a copy of the order to expedite the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 20% per pair returned will be deducted for returns of more than one pair. This charge is necessary to prevent multiple pairs of prom shoes being ordered for stylizing with a single gown. There is no restocking fee for exchanges in style, size, or material. After the 30th day, all purchases are considered a final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable. To receive credit for returns the following stipulations must be adhered to:

1. Worn prom shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back.
2. The prom shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the prom shoes were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for returns.
3. Prom shoes or hand bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
4. Evening bags must have all the tags still attached and have not been used in order to receive a refund.
5. Prom shoes must be returned to the address listed below. This most likely will not be the return address on the box!!!! Many prom shoe items sold on this site are shipped directly from the manufacture. Please make sure to cross out the old shipping label on the box before sending merchandise back for return or exchange. It is suggested that you return items using insured mail or UPS. We can not be responsible for lost items in shipping.
6. A 20% fee will be deducted from the return if the prom shoes are sent directly back to the manufacturer.
